Leaderhub Terms & Conditions — Overview
This website is operated by Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. Leaderhub is a brand owned and operated by Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of SHENZHEN KEP TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Unless otherwise stated, “Leaderhub”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. is the contracting entity for products and services sold directly through Leaderhub, unless a separate quotation, invoice or written agreement expressly identifies another contracting entity.
Leaderhub provides smart display and computing products, including Interactive Whiteboards, Mini PCs, Portable Smart Screens, and Smart Rotate Screens, together with related accessories, software functions, support and services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of leaderhub.com, including product information, inquiries, quotations, partner applications, online orders and related services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Separate quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, distributor agreements, project contracts, warranty terms or other written agreements may contain additional terms. Where a separately accepted document conflicts with these Terms, that document will govern the relevant transaction to the extent of the conflict.
1. Website Use and Eligibility
You may use leaderhub.com for lawful business, purchasing, project evaluation, support and partnership purposes. If you use the website on behalf of a company, school, government body, distributor, reseller, system integrator or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
You must not use the website to submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, unlawfully collect personal information, infringe intellectual property rights, or otherwise violate applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, our systems or our legal rights.
2. Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate and current. However, specifications, software versions, certifications, accessories, colours, packaging and available functions may vary by model, configuration, region or order.
Images and screen content may be illustrative. Third-party software or services shown on a product may require separate accounts, licences, subscriptions or internet access.
For a confirmed order, the specifications stated in the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, confirmed specification sheet or other transaction document take priority over general website content.
We may update, improve or discontinue products, features or website content where reasonably necessary.
3. Quotations, Orders and Project Purchases
Quotations are valid only for the period stated and remain subject to stock, technical confirmation, production capacity and other stated conditions.
Submitting an inquiry, purchase request or order does not automatically create a binding sales contract. A sales contract is formed when Leaderhub accepts the order or otherwise confirms the transaction in writing, including confirmation of payment, production or shipment.
We may decline or cancel an order where a material pricing or product error exists, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, required information is incomplete, delivery is not reasonably possible, or the transaction may violate applicable law, sanctions or export-control requirements.
Leaderhub welcomes inquiries and orders from distributors, dealers, resellers, system integrators, schools, enterprises, government organisations and project partners. No order will be refused solely because it is submitted by a dealer, reseller or distributor.
For tenders, customised projects, bulk orders or project deployments, additional technical, commercial, installation or delivery terms may be agreed separately.
4. Distributor and Partner Relationships
Submitting a distributor, reseller or partner application does not automatically create an agency, distributorship, franchise, joint venture, exclusive territory, price protection or authority to represent or bind Leaderhub.
Any appointment, territory, exclusivity, pricing protection, sales target, marketing support, sample policy or continuing channel relationship must be confirmed in a separate written agreement or formally accepted commercial document.
Leaderhub may evaluate partner applications based on market coverage, customer resources, sales capability, installation and technical support capacity, service capability, business reputation and other reasonable commercial factors.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices may change before an order is accepted. Unless otherwise stated in writing, website or quotation prices may exclude shipping, taxes, customs duties, bank charges, installation, training and other project services.
Payments may be processed through PayPal, telegraphic transfer (T/T), or Stripe. Leaderhub does not receive or store full credit card numbers, card security codes or online banking passwords processed by third-party payment providers.
For T/T payments, customers should use only the bank account shown on a valid Leaderhub invoice or official payment instruction. Any unexpected change to bank details should be verified directly with an authorised Leaderhub representative before payment.
The payment recipient and invoice issuer for direct Leaderhub transactions is Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd., unless another contracting entity is expressly identified in the applicable transaction document.
6. Shipping, Customs and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Production, customs clearance, carrier availability, port congestion, regulatory inspections, weather and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee and delivery information. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, local taxes, customs charges and destination-country import requirements.
For B2B and project orders, shipping responsibility and transfer of risk follow the Incoterm or delivery term stated in the accepted quotation, invoice or contract.
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and report visible shortages, packaging damage or transport damage with supporting photographs and delivery records as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Cancellations, Returns, Warranty and Support
Cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty services are subject to the applicable quotation, contract, Returns Policy, Warranty Policy and any mandatory legal rights.
Customised, configured, branded, made-to-order or project-specific products may not be cancellable or returnable after production begins, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Warranty coverage may vary by product, region and transaction. Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorised repair or modification, unsuitable power supply, liquid or physical damage, or failure to follow product instructions.
Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. is the after-sales service provider for purchases made directly from Leaderhub unless another authorised service provider is identified in the relevant transaction documents.
8. Software, OTA and Third-Party Services
Certain Leaderhub products may include Android, Google-related functions, third-party applications, wireless presentation tools, conferencing software or OTA update services. Availability may depend on product configuration, software version, region, internet access, licence, user account and third-party provider requirements.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Leaderhub does not control independent changes made by third-party providers to availability, subscriptions, compatibility or data practices.
Leaderhub may provide software, firmware or security updates that modify product functions, interfaces or compatibility. Organisational customers are responsible for appropriate device configuration, account management, permissions, backups and third-party application settings.
9. Intellectual Property, Website Content and Liability
The Leaderhub name, logo and trademarks are owned by Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. Website text, product images, videos, graphics, manuals, catalogues, technical documents and other materials are owned by or licensed to Leaderhub unless otherwise stated.
You may use website materials for legitimate product evaluation and purchasing purposes. Commercial reproduction, modification, misleading use or unauthorised representation of Leaderhub requires prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, leaderhub.com and general website content are provided on an “as available” basis. Website information is not a substitute for a confirmed quotation, specification sheet, warranty statement or project agreement.
Leaderhub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website, to the extent such limitation is permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law, Changes and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise, unresolved disputes relating to direct transactions with Shenzhen Leaderhub Technology Co., Ltd. will be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
Separate distributor, project or sales agreements may specify different dispute-resolution arrangements.
We may update these Terms when our website, products, business practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on leaderhub.com with an updated revision date.
