On August 22–23, 2026, Leaderhub successfully hosted the Practical Overseas Growth Summit 4.0 in Shenzhen, China. Bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners, overseas sales directors, and overseas partners from different industries, the summit focused on how companies can build sustainable growth strategies and expand successfully in global markets.

As competition intensifies in domestic markets, a growing number of businesses are turning to international opportunities. However, global expansion today is no longer merely about selling products overseas. Companies must build deeper capabilities across market selection, customer acquisition, brand building, and sustainable overseas operations.
This was the central theme of Leaderhub’s Practical Overseas Growth Summit 4.0 — helping businesses build a more sustainable overseas growth system.
As a fast-growing brand in the interactive display industry, Leaderhub has expanded its products to 82 countries worldwide. After transitioning from traditional export and OEM business models toward independent brand development, Leaderhub achieved RMB billion-level growth within two years.
Founder Maggie has spent 16 years on the front lines of global markets, gaining hands-on experience across international trade, channel development, brand building, and overseas business operations.

Based on these practical experiences, Leaderhub shared its Overseas Customer Acquisition-to-Monetization System at the summit, covering the full journey from market positioning and customer targeting, to continuous lead generation and scalable replication.

The first day of the summit focused on three key areas: overseas market selection, customer targeting, and channel development. Participants explored how businesses could identify the right markets, define target customers, and establish effective channels before entering overseas markets.
The second day focused on brand building, short-video customer acquisition, and scalable replication, discussing how companies can transform front-end outreach into sustainable customer acquisition and monetization.

In addition to the main sessions, the summit featured international guests from the United States, Kenya, and Guinea, who shared on-the-ground insights from their local markets, customer expectations, and procurement preferences. Their first-hand perspectives helped participants gain a more concrete understanding of overseas markets and international cooperation.
The event also included sharing sessions by previous Leaderhub participants, where business representatives shared their practical results and execution insights in overseas expansion, short-video customer acquisition, and lead generation. These real-world cases demonstrated how the methodologies could be adapted and applied across different business scenarios.

From Summit 3.0 to 4.0, the event expanded from a one-day session into a two-day, one-night immersive program, moving from fragmented experience sharing toward a more systematic and integrated framework for overseas growth.
While a single summit can only offer so much, Leaderhub continues to build the Leaderhub Alliance–connecting entrepreneurs and companies that are committed to long-term global market exploration. Through ongoing collaboration, peer exchange, and shared learning, Leaderhub aims to support more businesses in achieving sustainable, real-world growth overseas.
Moving forward, Leaderhub will continue to focus on innovation in the interactive display industry while strengthening long-term value connections with its clients, sharing actionable overseas growth experience and professional services, and helping more companies achieve steady, effective growth in overseas markets.
